Meet Vanessa Ward
I'm Vanessa Ward, Founder of Inheritance Solutions and creator of Hired On Purpose.
Throughout my career, I've worked across education, student services, corporate sales, account management, and organizational leadership. I've also had the privilege of helping professionals recognize their value and position themselves for opportunities.
One thing I've learned is that having experience, education, or potential does not automatically mean someone knows how to translate those things into opportunity.
And simply telling someone to apply for more jobs does not address that problem.
People need to understand what they bring, what they need to develop, how to communicate their capabilities, and how to strategically navigate the opportunities in front of them.
That's why I created Hired On Purpose.
I believe that nothing is wasted. Our experiences develop something in us, but we have to learn how to identify that value, continue developing it, and put it to work.
Today, Hired On Purpose gives organizations a way to bring that development to the people they serve.
Because the goal isn't simply getting people hired.
